At Moondust Sanctuary, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Include all accessories or included items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Earrings and other jewelry intended for pierced wear (for hygiene reasons)
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email moondustsanctuary@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return
The reason for your return

We'll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.
