We do our best to pack every order with care and ship it within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

• International: 7–21 business days (when available)

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.

We want you to love your purchase.

Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some items, including earrings, personalized products, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
